- Accounts Receivable ClerkWe are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk. The purpose of this position is to assist in the collection on accounts receivable and account maintenance.
Hours: 8:00 to 4:30 pm or 8:30 to 5:00 pm
Monday to Friday
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones / reception:-
Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates, via phone or email.
Processing payment applications and approved adjustments.
Responding to customer questions and resolving issues via phone/email and maintain up to date records.
Operate in a pro-active manner on discrepancies to ensure accuracy of accounts.
Provide accurate, timely reports as requested i.e. monthly statements, invoices etc.
Analyzing customer payment plan, payment history, and credit line.
Analyze and evaluate credit application and credit limits within corporate policies, obtaining credit reports and trade references to set up new accounts.
Work with billing department to resolve invoicing issues and assist with maintaining billing instructions for each client.
Communicating with team members to resolve disputes, including sales team.
Processing receivable amounts through credit card platform as required.
Reconcile credit memos, unapplied cash etc. to maintain accurate records.
Develop relationships with customers to improve collections long term.
Scanning / Indexing / Filing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Accounting/ billing experience 3 years preferred.
Strong customer service experience with extensive experience in telephone customer contact is a must.
Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills, Excel, Word MS Outlook, QuickBooks, TMS.
Basic knowledge of accounting, accounts receivable, credit collection experience preferred.
Minimum 1-year post-secondary education.

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of dock office Coordinator.
Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities include:
Bill entry and preparation of bills of lading
Ensure shipping documents are accurate
Communication between warehouse / cross dock and front office (dispatch and customer service)
Responsible for handling proper routing of orders shipping to Eastern and Western Canada
Book inbound appointments for cross dock and warehouse orders
