    We are a growing Ontario-based carrier, 3PL, and warehouse organization seeking a motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee, manage, and support our Oakville and Orillia operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is committed to operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities

    · Oversee daily operations for Oakville and Orillia locations.
    · Ensure smooth coordination between transportation, warehouse, and 3PL activities.
    · Lead, motivate, and support on-site teams to achieve performance targets.
    · Monitor operational efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
    · Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
    · Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
    · Work closely with management to improve processes and productivity.
    · Maintain strong communication across all departments and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    · Proven leadership experience in transportation, logistics, 3PL, or warehouse operations.
    · Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    · Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
    · Excellent communication and team management abilities.
    · Hands-on, motivated, and proactive leadership style.
    · Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
